Since 1990 I have been similar to a magpie attracted to items that shine & sparkle. My brothers & I tried to unearth Mother Nature’s treasures with a shovel & sieve in the garden, unfortunately no findings of a Kimberlite pipe in Wimbledon! Through every walk of life...I have been leaving no stone unturned, constantly prospecting, exploring & having a positive attitude. After graduating from The Gemological Institute of America in 2013 I began my adventure in London’s Hatton Garden adding new strings to my bow & learning an array of specialized skills. The diamond world is such a multi-faceted environment with an abundance of cultures, languages, shapes, sizes & personalities. I am extremely passionate, I love what I do, every day is unique!
I moved to Antwerp, Belgium in my early 20s to head up the Sales & Marketing for an Indian De Beers DTC Sightholder, jumping in at the deep end being based in between Antwerp & Mumbai. A 3 year chapter set the standards of how to operate efficiently & economically....adhering to the De Beers Best Practice Principles ensured the diamonds & jewellery sold were ethically sourced & conflict-free.
In 2017, I hopped across the pond to the US & Caribbean to work with an American De Beers DTC Sightholder, equally distinguishing myself by providing a transparent shopping experience. Since being affiliated with industry titans for the best part of a decade, I decided to stake my own claim & establish a wholesale operation based out of The London Diamond Bourse.
